I'm a Senior UX Designer focused on AI-powered, enterprise and consumer experiences. Over 9+ years I've worked across retail, healthcare and financial products — usually on the problems where the system is complicated and the interface cannot be.

Lately most of my work sits at the intersection of conversational AI and enterprise tooling: designing how intelligent systems explain themselves, recover, and earn enough trust that people actually rely on them.

I care about research that changes decisions, systems that outlive projects, and interfaces that respect the person on the other side of them.
