I am a Senior Product Designer and design supervisor working across AI-powered enterprise and consumer experiences. Over more than nine years in retail, healthcare and financial products, I have owned the problems where the underlying system is complicated and the interface cannot be.

Most of my current work sits at the intersection of conversational AI and enterprise tooling: defining how intelligent systems explain themselves, recover from failure, and earn enough trust that teams rely on them in production.

I invest in research that changes decisions, design systems that outlive the projects that funded them, and the designers I mentor. Craft scales through governance and shared standards, not through individual heroics.
